“Joe brings a wealth of experience and passion to this role, and we’re pleased to welcome him back to the region,” said County Executive Officer Daniel Chatigny. “His strong connections to the community and dedication to delivering high-quality work make him the ideal leader to guide our HR department. We are excited to see him take Placer County’s workforce to new heights.”
Ambrosini’s appointment is part of a broader effort to continue providing innovative HR services and recognition for the county’s over 3,000 employees. He will collaborate closely with stakeholders, elected officials, and the public to ensure the county attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
A Personal Commitment to Excellence
In his statement, Ambrosini shared his excitement about returning to Northern California: “It was an honor to serve the City of Long Beach, but I am delighted to bring my experience back to Placer County. I look forward to working with the talented teams here and continuing to foster an environment that supports our employees and the community.”
