ON24 has officially announced May O’Neal as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). With a career spanning over two decades, O’Neal is set to lead ON24’s global HR operations, promoting a culture of growth, innovation, and accountability.

Before joining ON24, O’Neal served as Chief People Officer at Varo Bank, where she played a pivotal role in talent development and organizational strategy. She also held leadership positions at WageWorks and Zilog, where she spearheaded initiatives that fueled company growth, drove successful IPOs, and managed global workforce expansions. 

With her extensive background in talent acquisition, leadership development, and cultural transformation, O’Neal is expected to bring a fresh approach to ON24’s people strategy.
