Experience and Leadership in HR 

Before joining Schneider Electric, Mishra served as a Partner at SVP India’s Bengaluru Chapter. His career has included leadership positions at major corporations like Amazon, Target, The Walt Disney Studios, Star TV, and Prudential ICICI Asset Management Company. His extensive expertise in HR will support Schneider Electric in refining its organizational strategies and strengthening global partnerships. 

Mishra’s primary responsibility will be to lead a dedicated team of HR Business Partners. His goal is to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s business objectives, in India and worldwide. He is committed to promoting a culture that enhances employee development, talent management, and leadership effectiveness. 

Educational Background 

Mishra holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) in Human Resources from Xavier Institute of Management (XIM Bhubaneswar) and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from Indira Gandhi Institute of Technology.
