Coast Professional, Inc. has officially promoted Brent Henderson to the role of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Henderson, who joined the organization in 2021 as Vice President of Human Resources, brings nearly three decades of experience to this key leadership position.
As CHRO, Henderson will now be responsible for implementing comprehensive HR strategies across the company. His focus will be on key areas such as talent acquisition, employee relations, training, development, retention, and compliance. Additionally, he will oversee strategic long-term planning, ensuring that new HR programs align with the company’s evolving needs.
