Claire, a highly experienced HR leader and author, joins Digital Science at a crucial moment in its growth, bringing her extensive experience and passion for research-driven progress.
Claire Fox has an impressive track record in human resources, with over 20 years of experience in national, European, and global HR leadership roles. Her career began in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector at Unilever, where she held various leadership positions. She then transitioned to international development, serving as Chief People Officer at Save the Children International and Chief Operating Officer at UNICEF UK. Most recently, Claire led senior leadership coaching at her own business and directed HR and digital data functions at the British Red Cross.
Claire’s expertise extends beyond HR leadership; she is also the author of “Work-Life Symbiosis: The Model for Happiness and Balance” (2015, LID Publishing), reflecting her commitment to fostering a balanced and fulfilling work environment.
