SPX Technologies, Inc. announced the appointment of Jennifer Carpenter as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective September 30, 2024. Carpenter will succeed Tausha White, who announced her retirement earlier this year.

Jennifer Carpenter brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in human resources, having held senior roles at Honeywell International Inc. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Human Resources for Digital IT, where she played a pivotal role in the integration and growth of a $3 billion+ acquisition, managing more than 6,000 employees.

SPX President and CEO Gene Lowe expressed confidence in Carpenter’s ability to support the company’s growth initiatives. “Her strong business partnerships, organizational expertise, and ability to empower employees are a perfect fit for our vision,” Lowe said.

Acknowledging a Legacy of Leadership

Lowe also thanked Tausha White for her contributions to SPX’s success. “Tausha’s leadership has been instrumental in our progress, and we wish her the best in her future endeavors,” he added.

A Strong Fit for SPX’s Future

With a Master’s in Organizational Management from Spring Arbor University and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration & Human Resources from Central Michigan University, Carpenter is well-positioned to lead SPX’s HR function as the company continues to drive organic and inorganic growth.
